Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers to the most common questions about Windows 11 Professional
Is this a genuine Windows license?
Yes — all licences sold are genuine and fully valid. You’ll receive a product key that can be activated directly with Windows and accessed from your Microsoft account.
How is the software delivered?
Your product key is delivered digitally via email shortly after purchase, along with simple activation instructions.
What happens if my key doesn’t work?
If you experience any issues, our support team will assist you quickly to resolve the problem.
Can I transfer my product key to a new PC?
Windows licenses are generally 1-PC. They allow you to change your system hardware and upgrade components, but not migrate to a new PC. The exception is the rather expensive Windows 11 Professional 'full Retail edition' which you can purchase directly from the Microsoft store.
What’s the difference between Windows 11 Home and Pro?
