Before You Buy
We strongly suggest you download and test trial software available from any software manufacturer, before placing your order. Trial software is provided to enable you to determine whether it's applicable for your system and meets your requirements. To test a trial version, simply click the green Download button on this page. This will download the trial version to your computer. Once you are happy with your trial software, place an order.
If you are located in the European Union you have the Right of Revocation. This means you can ask for a refund of your order within 14 days of placing the order, but only if the order was placed in error and/or remains unused. Once used, an activated code cannot be refunded (as it cannot be resold).
By placing an order to purchase your software, you acknowledge these Sale Terms. You have 14 days to tell us you have placed an order in error. Please use the Contact Us page or refer to the support instructions within your order.
If you cannot download or use your order, please make immediate contact using the Contact Us page or through the support instructions within the order. Alternatively, we suggest contacted the manufacturer for free post-sale support. AVG, Norton, Kaspersky, Bitdefender and other brands all offer free post-sale product support.
Your Software License "EULA"
The difference between trial and fully-licensed software is the activation code which is supplied with your order. In addition to this license, the use of the software is governed by the terms of the end-user agreement between you and the software publisher, otherwise known as a EULA. We strongly suggest downloading the trial version and reading the EULA before you purchase your software. If you do not accept the EULA, you cannot use the software.
Post-Sale Order Access
If you purchased Extended Download Insurance, then you can find your orders through this store. Go to My Account located at the top right of the store. Create an account using the same email address you used to place the order. If you have an existing account, login to the store and go to My Orders, located in the top right of the store.
Alternatively, if you lose your order for any reason in the future, please contact us directly through the Contact Us page, including your order reference or, if you cannot find this reference, the email address you used to place the order. We will locate your order and will respond within 48 hours.
